It’s been months since my last post. What have you been doing? You ask. What I got myself into is serious business. We are talking about me entering fatherhood here! Nothing else can compare to the time consumed by having a baby joining the family. Sunrise to sunset and morning ‘til dawn, everything is centered around the baby. Baby this and baby that can be and it proved to be a big challenge. Do not doubt yourself the ability to adapt though, we are human, yet we are still part of the animal kingdom and what do animals do when environment changes? They simply adapt. So, as a father, I search my inherent abilities and adapt I did.

Being a Dad meaning there are many hats to wear. Traditionally Asian Grandparents are more than willing to step in to babysit but since I wasn’t really raised up by my parents, my situation is a bit different. Patty and I are inclined to home-raise Mable up until we must send her off to daycare in a year or two. 

This means less hanging out with the fellows, first thing after work is getting grocery and then procure as many household items as possible on the way home. Time control and stop points en-route are very important as it to pass the baton around with house and baby chores. I used to talk a lot about leaning how to cook but that was really all talk. Now, Mabel is the best motivation there is, it feels so natural to know what’s in the fridge, what not to over purchase and what steps there are on the recipes, it’s like I have this image board with time, images and There is a cook inside everyone, I swear search deep inside one shall find that cool in you. Somehow something clicked recently within me, I tell myself to stop all the wishful saying and just roll out to do what a father should do, to cook for your family! Have I discovered the cook in me? Perhaps, in time, I do believe if I persist I shall prevail. I do not Shanhainese, had never lived there, only been there a few times, I heard Moms don’t cook there, only guys did had been cooking for the past week or so, not much mileage yet, but hey 

能夠就近公司採點難得,小朋友允許一同一家子踩點之前,將就將就...

相信跟小朋友踩點挑戰性會高不少,小朋友不在身邊一起就已經很不專心,常常忘記拍這拍那...

小朋友一起,希望能夠讓把拔更注意用餐細節、拍照升級 (進步空間還很大! 要來看看 iX 有多神通廣大!)

自我期許把拔進階版PO文!

但目前呢,就是揪同事到公司附近吃吃 (同事還很挑哩,太遠的不去... 是說不走遠一些選擇很少ㄌㄩㄝ)

內部裝潢樸實,算是目前日本來台展店吃過裝潢最像小吃店的

裡面有幾位日本師傅 (不知道是否來一陣子就會撤回去,很多店日本師傅只開幕期間駐店)

茶米不吃一次不長一智 福岡久留米拉麵有它的歷史 據說豚骨湯頭是久留米發跡

爬文最多報導久留米拉麵有5間: 大榮、大砲、清陽軒、本田商店和來雷軒

湯召回,感覺像是家附近餓壞了的好去處可口豬腳門口擺那幾爐 (如下)

就是回鍋肉的概念吧 (茶米,回鍋肉只是先多了一道處理,並不是拿隔夜肉來炒啦...) (知道啦...吼)

我想任何回鍋菜都比前一天入味,前一天可能太趕,置放一天後味道才入味

好友手藝很好,餐餐滿漢,只是吃剩都不放隔夜,說隔夜菜不健康 (阿,不過,這樣很浪費說...)

我想控制在放一天之後解決掉,應該算是接受範圍之內吧...

家裡小三口,最小那口才開始副食品,多少量會煮超過

說濃湯頭,這裡說的是濃郁,不是勾勾濃稠,而是厚實

但茶米喝起來並沒覺得有特別厚,目前還是覺得博多系的 ラーメン凪Nagi 夠厚,要不屯京都感覺厚些

只能說這是久留米自己特有的濃郁

炙燒肉茶米覺得就像吐司,炙燒肉邊邊焦焦的很唰嘴,好吃的吐司勒好吃的就在吐司邊邊

我想很多人小時候都是先把土司中間吃掉,最後才吃吐司邊吧~

厚片叉燒肉茶米沒很喜翻,這裡厚度恰當,沒很肥不會死膩

糖心蛋表現就不很好囉,不用多說,看圖片就知道

總結: ★★★✭☆ 3顆半星 

公司附近台式拉麵有個幾間,日式沒有,日本開過來那更是沒有

意思就是午休想吃日式拉麵沒唯二唯三,這是唯一,不能太挑

久留米拉麵這是頭一回吃,湯頭算ㄒㄩㄢ,要挑戰Nagi、屯京、緣麵屋還有一段距離

It's fairly good considering this is the only ramen place around the area.

Unless I get on Ubike for more choices, which is unlikely, then this place is a keeper, for now, until other ramen place comes along

It is definitely a welcoming addition to the limited list of noon time lunch choices~
