I am a none-caffeine addict and I am here because I am not a caffeine junkie

and I am guilty for knowing so little about coffee.

If there is ever a none-caffeine addict anonymous session, that is how I will introduce myself.

Abstinence from caffeine is the same reason why I couldn't do puff-puff-and-pass out-of-body experience

my body just isn't built to tolerate chemicals from Mary Jane or coffee.

Like I had mentioned before, caffeine makes my heart palpitates.

But I do like the smell of coffee, it accentuates and elevates better living.

Unlike others, coffee does not help me wake up in the morning like some Maxwell commercial

my body is accustomed to waking up early, no need for coffee to jumpstart my day

so, even lesser attractive it is for me to consume coffee.

One interesting note, whiskey, barbecue ribs, smoked salmon and coffee all share one common flavor, that smoked quality.

咖啡不是茶米強項，來 Jack & NaNa 純粹被裝潢吸引。

不過，公司旁邊旅沐豆行 Coffee Remus 有一陣子茶米常光顧

受不了公司大媽們長舌，寧願買杯黑糖牛奶泡 (NT70) 或偶爾來杯葡萄柚咖啡 (NT90)

喝喝看看書紀錄心情度過安靜的午休。

事實上，旅沐也不安靜，生意好的很，但相對大媽吵雜，店內喧嘩好太多。

再者，有位笑容燦爛的漂亮服務生也是驅動力，也沒說上什麼話

只是出現次數多生面孔變熟面孔，之後碰到都會打聲招呼，也算是一種邂逅。

Jack & NaNa 靠近華山，華山效應衍生出的臨沂街商圈急遽集結了不少好店，Jack & NaNa 就是其中之一。

這裏門廊是水泥牆壁及地板，適量用上木頭窗門框，面巷道整幅窗全景觀六折窗戶全開板前檯可坐4個人。

窗內就是奇蹟發生的地方，另一端則是另一個板前能再坐上4個人。

門廊地上放著漂亮的盆栽植物。店內供著一台德製烘焙機Probatino01

小做了點功課，Probat 有145年歷史，這台算是入門款

一台要不得國外要價45萬，國內上看60萬!

怪不得那麼多貿易商積極爭取代理權，過一手賺很大!

很用心打理經營的一間小店，好喝的咖啡、好入鏡，老闆客氣，不怕客源斷

因為到此一訪，讓茶米有了想去了解咖啡的動力

不知道能不能不喝咖啡，光用嗅覺就可以當個咖啡達人?

相信有些淺中深焙特性不喝是分不出來師父想帶出的意境

但如果有天茶米能夠靠嗅覺分辨各地烘焙好的豆豆，該多好
