Ever since Jamba Juice opened up here in Taipei, there is a whole slew of juice bars creeping up on us right now. Juicing isn't anything new, just a term probably coined by some celebrity or nutritionist. Everyone knows a balanced diet goes a long way. All the fibres, vitamins and minerals are great for your digestive system and your body as a whole. Eastern countries with wet seasons are rice-dependent, while Westerners are wheat-dependent. People living in tropical countries are usually darker and don't grow as tall. All those rice starch can only help one grow sideways. So, obesity is a bigger problem in the East than it is in the West. Next time when your Mom tells you to eat your fruit, you better do what your Mom told! Like Wakamoto commercial with the old couple patting on their own tummies, nothing keeps worries away like the way a good dump does~

順暢就是排毒，食安問題層出不窮，貪吃的你我，順暢粉重要

多吃水果對排毒絕對有幫助，再加上牛奶助攻，還能不順暢?

新店了無新意，幾個高調餐廳慘淡收場

新店、景美捷運站商圈被連鎖、簡餐侵蝕著，但幾間水果吧悄悄地出現

小角落附近的"笑居"和"Spyci私宅咖哩炸雞"這兩間也挺有特色喔

各種大小不同的白色磁磚拼貼都好喜歡，有透視的作用

專注的店員最迷人，少了手搖的吵鬧，多了沾板、水果刀跟果汁機

黑板抬頭看一目了然，沒有列印護貝貪方便貼滿牆

進入冷壓夫妻模式，夏天尾巴還有秋老虎，趕緊跟上腳步，涼一夏~

小角落的一個小角落，燈光足配白色背景、木紋怎樣拍都好看

冰沙打得均勻，第一口到最後一口味道一致沒稀釋
