I have to say all the recent happening spots are all so vividly clear on what story they want to tell

and stories behind each shop is so important in tying up great culinary, viscom and  style of living.

It's all about great showmanship, smiles on staff, scents of cooking, great deco, etc...

all are elements which invites you to want to spend more time there and to go back again.

VCE got that Maui-Cali-Malibu Beach vibe.

It felt like after the meal one could take a stroll over at the beach which you could see outside of the big 21:9 aspect ratio panel window.

Seoul has ton of these type of split-space interior where there could be multiple shops running.

It would be a great idea to turn all the shops into split-space settings rather than spend hard earned tax money in MRT/light rail for Kaohsiung.

這裡本來是 Cath Kidson 台北第一間旗艦店，但181巷向來都沒法跟161巷比

181巷髮廊活存率高一些，其他潮牌孤芳自賞，結果就是撤，Cath Kidson 也不例外

無邊框LCDㄟ，撥放衝浪影片，後面線該收收嘿

VAST Market 小農直達有機生鮮蔬果、冷壓果汁

冷藏拉到外面，可以賣，廚房需要也可以用上

VAST Market 雜貨，這角度看來像 Holister 

Vast Surf Shop，米琪沒下去 B1 看

後來看到粉專上蠻多衝浪 lifestyle 商品，下次逛街要來看看木製啾啾

VAST Cali Eatery　低負擔、健康

已經是裝置藝術境界 (餐桌中央的擺飾)

火龍果優格飲，點的時候不知道孕期能不能喝....還是點了

還好，結果是孕期可以吃的，能排毒、助順暢

牛排薏米 NT380 琪姐吃了一口，說這冷的....不過也好，孕期不能吃薏仁

第一口冷的吃起來口感不順，但這道越吃越好吃喔，秒殺

起司三明治 NT270 

Toasteria 愛吃 three cheese Panini, 這裡的也好吃

黑黑那個不知道是什麼，味道甜甜的，像海苔醬

這裡讓茶米想起 Duke's Malibu 在 PCH 上

但那時去其實大陰天又颳風，風景還沒 VCE 這裡坐二樓的 VIEW 好

夏威夷主題餐廳台北也是有這麼幾間，但佈置走的都是部落風

VCE Malibu Beach 夏威夷風再添加了些 Mojave Desert 沙漠粗曠

181巷能規畫成一排樓中樓店鋪很是不錯，跟首爾弘大西橋洞學習

納稅人辛苦錢拿去高雄蓋捷運、輕軌還不如來規劃整頓商店街吸引消費

話說水煙館 The Bed 真強，181巷最老資格就它了，窩台北也是

VCE 感覺很舒服，旁邊再多開幾間類似的，讓181巷跟161巷一樣高人氣吧
