With #101 post here, Mabel is inching close to checking out from postpartum center. Her big graduation day from postpartum is Oct. 4th, which happens to be Moon Festival. Moon Festival always sees family doing BBQ, so, right after postpartum, we will head straight to grandma's for Mabel's first big public stunt. It's been awhile since Lee's or Hsu's has new added member, so, Mabel will be the star of the show this time and not only this time but the whole year over. It is my wish with Mabel and my two nieces' arrival, other new members will join the family up in droves next year!

Though this blog isn't meant to be all about food, it is all food related leading to this post. I wonder why some food bloggers turn to posting about baby stuff, that must be due to contraollable circumstances due to selective baby wａｉｌｉｎｇ and colic. I could imagine sitting down at a place, seats barely warmed up and then baby started to causing a scene. It is too late for me to take back all my disdainful look bestowed unmercifully upon parents with crying babies and I am gonna get the same treatment in return now; It is payback time, ugh..... Now it looks as though her crying isn't all that untrollable, but they are definitely unpredictable. Certainly hope Mabel is one happy baby that loves to see the world. So, Daddy can continue to write about great eats while adding posts about nursery stuff.

One thing I kept reminding myself is to keep running and keep up the tabata as much as possible while staying at postpartum center and I had been doing just that. Postpartum center serve up 5 meals a day. I just hate wasting food so whenever I could, I clean them up. Only beetroot I stay away; beetroot, sea urchin and anything overdosed with ginger are no no on my list. It seems all the running and tabata I did fought the increased food intake very well. One thing that gets me down isn't no sex at this point in life, but weight increase! For me, staying in shape is the prerequisite and ticket to good sex life. Wanting sex will get you no where. So, right after finishing up this post, I am going for my morning exercise!

Mabel had to be isolated for she's got diaper rash and running nose. Right then and there we took her back to Musoon Clinic's pediatric. The doc prescribed Exelderm cream for what seems to be yeast infection. Whenever the baby takes a trip out, it is common practice to have the baby stay with parents for 24hrs. This is so to prevent cross infection in the nursery room. Internet is packed with useful info. And friends are a bundle of help. With just a few text messages and few minutes of web search, we bought Sodacrem from UK and Desitin from US. These two are highly recommended for diaper rash. 

這該是所有 VVG 裡最低調的，第一次給人帶去東區那間已隔10幾年

後來華山、陽明山陸續擴點 (都還沒空去...)

唯獨這間，到了坐下點餐看到 menu 下方一排小字才知道原來它也是 VVG

品牌常常吸引著茶米，有幾世紀家族傳承的，有被集團併購後只剩logo的，當然也有很多新創

各式各樣的品牌都有著背景跟故事

茶米不好意思問東問西，都是依用餐經驗及觀察和網路蒐集資料寫出個人感想 XD

蘋果兒是從學學文"好樣小小"和已經歇業的"好樣BonBon"演變過來

這裡提供高貴女士和優雅紳士跟小公主、小王子親子下午茶的空間

月子中心第一次回診換美容膠水凝露貼，結束後還有一些時間

晃到"三層"沒開，走到遼寧公園 Le Park 客滿，這才到公園另一端的 VVG POMME

這裡華夏一樓，一出門口便是路邊，不像其他 VVG 那麼花園，但還是多少有延續一些氛圍，走出去就是公園，公園就是它的前院～

室內空間不大，想必也沒辦法裝修時退縮讓空間給花圃

茶米真不夠用心... 爬文才發現地下室別有洞天

原來不少小朋友都在這辦生日派對！

米寶辦生日可以把這納入考慮，但這裡風格我還好，米寶媽則是不推崇，辦在這機會不大囉

這裡最引人注目的地方茶米覺得是櫃台，英式的不會太維多利亞

很多英式下午茶詬病，茶米覺得啦，就是那些個過度雕飾的椅子和燈飾

維多利亞的天使讓人目不轉睛，但維多利亞椅坐起來則不見得舒服 XD，它也非常佔空間，客人坐不了幾桌不說，好朋友之間聊天也感覺有距離

蘋果兒這裡本來就不大，放上這些英式傢俱空間感覺有些坐在文昌街小小一間塞滿滿的傢俱店用餐

英式風格下午茶，餐具、餐點內容、服務生制服應該就可以營造氛圍

佔地方英式傢俱還是留給商辦、豪宅大樓大廳適合些~

如果不是因為鄰近月子中心，要來這走上一回可能也是需要一個剛好的理由，好比哪裡結束剛好還有剩零散時間這般

專程來這可能至少要先去過 好樣秘境 VVG HIDEAWAY 之後

這裡附近最常去的，不好意思，是鍋爸 XD

鍋爸沒有不好，只是大家也知道，茶米對於吃到飽很是不給它贊同，吃到飽增加廚餘，對體內環保也不好

但鍋爸無限供應的養樂多，不是可爾必思喔，是貨真價實的養樂多，有養樂多茶米是很樂意光臨鍋爸的 XD

Anyways, we are talking about VVG Pomme here, 這裡老闆看的出來很用心佈置，餐點也不錯吃，推薦給愛吃下午茶的大家

但下次來這附近，應該會去最近很紅的海繩或者 Spiga Pasta~
