Shops closing down with vacant storefronts tied with real estate banners saying "prime location" and windows full of graffiti aren't a good sign.

Only if those graffiti are good but no, they are obnoxious, insanely horrifying, as if torn blinds and deco behind those glasses weren't enough to make one grief.

One wonders if the location is so prime, why would shop owner leave in the 1st place? 

Rent being high is one thing, not enough tourists and not enough domestic sales are all good reasons.

Enough with the grief, some locations just not primed to be shops, bad Fang Shui

And people nowadays are fast to be fond of one thing and tired of the old

Waves of risen and fallen shops take stab at one another with us, yes, us Taipei foodies, reaping the benefits

Sugar Pea quite the shinning star of recent with its glass house.

本來國泰醫院後方並沒有什麼好店面，都是些居酒屋、Pub

感覺 LALOS 轉角開業後，店鋪就接二連三開了起來

之前也很少往國泰醫院後面巷弄，醫院附近總是毛毛的 (ㄟ，有人住這邊好麼)

這附近Pub以前不少，但慢慢凋零，Mono Mono、Champagne老字號還在

綠意盎然，VVG秘境太遠，就近 Sugar Pea 

附近聽說有一間  Tropical Itch Cocktail Bar

但最近都朋友家裡聚聚就散會，很少跑 bar/lounge

Sugar Pea 就是新，白裡透亮，大家要好好維持

門面用很多畫框邊條、斜面互搭板壁，營造美國氛圍

家玄關門口還在物色盆栽，門口這幾盆好想抱回家

盆子還ok，裡面栽的植物樣子、品種都很漂亮

這也算是個玄關枱，家裡就是想擺上一個

看中"居家先生"一款，然後要去"Follow Eddie" 添盆栽

椅子一般，牆是壁紙，但這盆栽讓這畫面整個不一樣

這廁所是最近到訪餐廳中最乾淨漂亮的

燈光巧妙運用在白色牆面上帶出層次氛圍

五斗櫃後面帶位服務生很客氣，但對她來講高了些，比例還蠻逗

寬敞的開放式廚房，裡面團隊都靜靜的做著餐點，沒嘻笑喧嘩

這裡團隊給米琪感覺就像是在一間牙齒美白、微整診所裡用餐

這裡就是玻璃屋，在室內卻又感覺置身室外

像不像 Crate & Barel 樣品屋?

空間不擠，現場候位也沒等很久

這好拍，來這多少都是打扮過，自拍、給人拍

鳥人、橫濱家系拉麵店最近吃水準不錯，但店員都不知道跩個什麼勁

這裡門口候位等了一刻鐘左右店員就逕自遞上冰水

這裡有可容納 8 人包廂，米寶媽生日辦在哪還在想，但 8 人不夠坐

菜單就是兩張 A4，應該會時常變化

拉麵店態度跩，米琪也沒差，反正吃來吃去還是愛緣麵屋、屯京

餐點量不多夠創意，飲料也小小杯，但這裡勝在禮貌、好拍，光這兩樣米茶就會回來~
